Do you want to get involved in Dragon Sport?

Dragon Sport is a Sports Council for Wales's initiative and is funded by the lottery. The programme heavily relies on volunteers to help run games and sporting activities for after school and community clubs. You don't need any experience as training and support is provided for all volunteers.

Dragon Sport organisers workshop, of which attendance is a requirement of the scheme, introduces volunteers to the programme and provides great ideas on adapting and leading activities. If you are interested in coaching children of primary school age various sports, such as athletics, cricket, football, hockey, netball, rugby, tennis or invasion games, the Dragon Sport programme may be for you.
