Fitness and exercise
The Register for Exercise Professionals was set up to recognise personal achievement and competencies of qualified exercise professionals and to help safeguard the interests of people who are using the services of exercise and fitness instructors. The Register uses a process of self-regulation that recognises industry-based qualifications, practical competency, and requires exercise professionals to work within a Code of Ethical Practice
You can contact the Welsh representative of the Register for Exercise Professionals, John Byers on 029 2022 4369 or email Wales@exerciseregister.org

There are also many publications relating to fitness available from Coachwise, including circuit training, fitness testing, (PASS) power, agility, speed and stability, warming up and cooling down and general conditioning.
