Planning Coaching Programmes

As a coach you are always looking for new ideas and methods to improve the performance of those that you coach. A good session is a well planned session and therefore you need to plan your programme appropriately. For further information and advice on planning your coaching programmes, try the following:

  • Contact the national governing body for your sport as they may be able to provide you with advice and guidance in this area, as well as directing you to appropriate sports specific resources to develop your coaching sessions.
